1. Images, designs, or illustrations on the Website may not be exact representations of final Products (material, colour, size, engraving depth may differ slightly).

2. If a design issue is your responsibility (e.g., you upload a low-resolution file), we won’t be liable for unsatisfactory results linked to the original artwork.

5. Customised Orders

1. Custom Products are made to your specifications. Ensure all details (text, font, dimensions, spelling, graphics) are correct before submitting.

2. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

3. You acknowledge that personalised items are exempt from cancellation where production has started.

6. Pricing & Payment

​

1. Prices are displayed on the Website and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.

2. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before your contract is formed.

3. Payments must be made in full before production unless otherwise agreed.

4. Accepted payment methods: credit or debit card, Klarna, PayPal.

7. Delivery & Collection

1. Estimated delivery/collection times are provided at checkout.

2. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. We are not liable for delays due to postal services, customs, courier issues, or force majeure events.

4. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

1. Custom Products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, unless faulty.

2. You may cancel non-custom Products within 14 days before production starts.

3. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in line with your legal rights under UK Consumer Law.
